Hi, I’m Courtney!

This is a friendly and supportive accountability community for women looking to improve their health.

I am not here to tell you how you have to eat, what workouts you have to do, or anything else in that vein. I created this blog for the purpose of accountability for myself and for anyone else who wants to join me. Because here’s the thing — whatever diet you want to do, or I want to do, will work.

The problem isn’t the diet, the problem is us. (Just keeping it real.) We are humans and we suck at consistency and resisting the constant temptations that surround us DAILY. So every week I will share with you my goals for the week and check in at the end of the week to let you know how I did. And that’s all I invite you to do.

The ultimate goal is to encourage each other to stay on the path toward our health goals. That being said, I will be sharing what I’m doing, what’s working, and what’s not working. And I encourage you to do the same. I really believe that with a little bit of accountability, we can and will reach our goals. Happy Health Journey!

Where this all began

When I was 41 years old, I had baby number four. Following previous pregnancies, I had been able to bounce back pretty easily. The big difference this time was my age. I have since learned A LOT about how women’s bodies start to change as they head toward menopause. BUT the good news is there are a lot of things we can do with diet and exercise to help offset the symptoms of perimenopause and improve our health as we age. I know I’m not the only one who could use some help, which is why I created this website.
